Spot local native and migratory birds on a hike through one of the most diverse plant communities in the United States - no experience necessary! This 2-mile hike will visit Barbara's Lake and back over moderate but uneven terrain with up to 50 feet of elevation gain.

This program is for ages 12 and older, and minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Wear hiking or walking shoes and bring binoculars. Water and sun protection are recommended.

The program will meet at the Nix Nature Center.
