Annual Pass FAQs

Step 1: Please visit https://oc.usedirect.com/OrangeCountySaturn/Customers/Login.aspx and create a new account by using an email and setting a password

Step 2: Once you have logged in, click on the Annual Pass tab at the top of the page

Step 3: Once you’re on the page titled “Renew or Buy OC Parks Annual Pass” ensure you are selecting OC Annual Passes in the second box. Make your selection of pass you’re wanting to purchase.

Step 4: Review your cart and proceed to check out

We have multiple park locations where you can purchase or renew an Annual Pass.

Annual Passes are NOT available at OC Parks Headquarters/Irvine Ranch Historic Park.

If you are buying a pass at one of our OC Parks, we recommend calling the park ahead of time to ensure the office is open and to verify the hours.

Step 1: Visit https://oc.usedirect.com/OrangeCountySaturn/Customers/Login.aspx and login to your account.

Step 2: Click on “Your Account” at the top of the page

Step 3: Go to “Purchases” and follow the dropdown menu to “Passes”

Step 4: Once you click on “Passes” it will take you to a page where you will see pass type, expiration and status. If you do not see your pass information, it is likely your pass has already expired.

Please note: if you have more than one person on your account, select their name from the dropdown menu to see their associated passes.

If you are a returning customer or current pass holder, please proceed with the following steps:

Step 1: Visit https://oc.usedirect.com/OrangeCountySaturn/Customers/Login.aspx and login to your account by entering your email and password.

If you’ve forgotten your password, please click on ‘Recover Your Password’ and a new password will be emailed to you. Once you receive your temporary password, please login with your email and temporary password and you will be prompted to set a new password of your choice.

Step 2: Once you have logged in successfully, you will click on the Annual Pass tab at the top of the page.

Step 3: If you a renewing a pass, please follow the links to the pass renewal page located under “Renew or Buy OC Annual Passes” (a green box at the top of the page that says ‘Click Here’ for renewals) you will be redirected to a page that says “Passes” and a list of the passes associated with your account will appear.

Step 4: Select the pass you would like to renew and click “Renew”

Step 5: If you do not see any information on your pass listed, it likely means your pass has already expired; please select a date prior to your pass expiration date for the system to locate your previous passes.

Step 5: Review your “Shopping Cart”

Step 6: Proceed to “Check Out”

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once you renew your card, you will continue to use the same Annual Pass card to access the parks. If your card is damaged or needs replacement, please notify OC Parks Parking Services at 714-619-8057.

Current pass holders will continue to use their current card. That card will be renewed in our system and will be valid for one year from date of renewal. Renewals will not be sent a new card.
New pass purchases will be mailed to you within 7-10 days.

New purchases will be sent in the mail within 7-10 days. Until you receive your pass, you will have to pay for day use parking and no refunds will be issued. Once you receive your pass, you are free to use for one year from date of purchase. If you purchase your Annual Pass at one of our designated parks, you may begin using it right away. If you are buying a pass at one of our OC Parks, we recommend calling the park ahead of time to ensure the office is open and to verify the hours.

Annual parking passes are valid for one year from date of purchase. There is an area on the card where you can write the purchase date as a reminder to renew before the same day the following year.
