A Land Use Permit has replaced the former OC Parks Construction and Encroachment Permits. Applicants can now use the new OC Parks Land Use Permit System to apply for a Land Use Permit. This new online process has been developed to help streamline the submission process and improve communication throughout the permit process.

If you have questions about the new online system or have submitted a permit application and have not been contacted by OC Parks within one week after submission, please email Encroachment.Permits@ocparks.com.
Business Hours: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Letter of Authorization: This form is to give authorization for an agent or person other than the applicant to sign for permits.
