Please be aware this is a moderate fitness hike and not for beginners; pace is approximately 21-minute mile (slightly less than 3 mph).

Raise your heart rate and your spirits on this moderately paced, 5-mile hike over steep and uneven terrain with 650 feet of elevation gain with Laguna Canyon Foundation volunteers.

This program will meet at the James Dilley Preserve parking lot, 350 Artisan Dr., Laguna Beach, CA 92651 .
