Join OC Parks at Arden: Helena Modjeska Historic House and Gardens for Create in the Park! Professional artist, Dawn Buckingham, will provide instruction and tips through an engaging plein air program focusing on how to capture perspective in paintings and drawings. Artists of all levels are welcome and an array of exciting subjects are present at this National Historic Landmark including lush gardens, decorative pools, the main house and newly reopened Pleasants Stone House. A guided tour of the house and background of Helena Modjeska will also be included.

This program is designed for ages 12 and older. Program and parking are free. Materials are not provided, only art instruction. A list of recommended materials will be made available to all registered participants in advance of the program. Sun protection, water and snacks are recommended.
