In keeping with the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Harbors, Beaches & Parks constructed over $4m in handicapped accessible improvements over the last four years in all county regional parks, beaches and Dana Point Harbor. But there’s more to come...
Current plans are underway to upgrade several playgrounds in popular regional parks throughout Orange County. (See below list.) The brand new playground equipment will provide access to fun for all children including those with disabilities. Playground construction began this year and continues through 2005!
