Does the Old Courthouse contain other offices besides the museum?| Yes, the Old Courthouse contains the offices of Marriage Licenses, the hearing rooms of Assessment Appeals, and the Orange County Archives. Can I be married at the Old Courthouse?| Yes. Civil ceremonies can be performed by the staff at Marriage Licenses during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Contact Marriage Licenses at (714) 834-2710 for more information.

I want to have guests attend my ceremony, but there is not enough room in Marriage Licenses. Can I use another room at the Old Courthouse?| Yes, for a nominal fee you may reserve the Historic Courtroom during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Historic Courtroom reservations can be made by calling (714) 973-6610.

Can I reserve the Old Courthouse for an evening or weekend event?| Yes. Pending approval from Old Courthouse Special Events, staff availability, and the successful application for a permit from County Property Permits, the Old Courthouse is conditionally available during non-business hours.
