Yorba Linda Evacuations Downgraded To Voluntary12-15-2008: As of 3:30 p.m. all mandatory evacuation orders have been lifted. Voluntary evacuations remain in effect and residents are encouraged to remain vigilant as the recent heavy rainfall has created the potential for mud and debris flows in and below burn areas.
