This is a City meeting about City improvements to the existing Camino del Rio. This meeting is not regarding the La Pata Extension Project.
The City will be holding this Neighborhood Workshop to receive public input to help define project goals and objectives, performance measures, and design strategies to achieve project goals for Camino Del Rio. The project background, schedule, and purpose will be presented. Residents and all interested parties are invited to attend and provide input into the project.
The La Pata Avenue Extension Project Team is proud to announce that refuse removal was completed on August 3, 2015! Approximately 800,000 cubic yards of refuse were excavated and relocated to another location within Prima Deshecha Landfill to facilitate the construction of this project. The project will improve regional mobility for commuters by providing a direct connection between the communities of San Juan Capistrano and San Clemente.
Beginning on or after May 6, 2015 for approximately 5 days from 8pm to 5am, the contractor will begin importing dirt at night for grading of the La Pata Extension Project which will connect the communities of San Juan Capistrano and San Clemente.
