A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 9 AM. All attendees shall meet at the project site at the end of Paseo Adelanto at Descanso Park located south of the City Hall in the City of San Juan Capistrano (See attached Location Map 2).  Please note that parking is not allowed in City Hall parking lot. All bidders are encouraged to attend. However, the meeting is not mandatory and may be attended at the discretion of the contractor. Questions regarding interpretation of the plans and specifications will NOT be answered at the meeting, but will be issued via a formal job bulletin shortly thereafter. Subcontractors, material suppliers, and vendors are encouraged to attend. Prospective bidders are encouraged however to submit all questions in writing to minimize potential misinterpretations.
