Explore the beauty and diversity of two canyons, Little Sycamore and L=
aurel Canyon, in the backcountry of the Laguna Coast Wilderness Park. =
This will be a strenuous, 7-mile hike (770-ft. elevation gain) over&nb=
sp;  rocky and uneven terrain. We will hike through sycamore and =
oak woodlands, riparian habitats, coastal sage scrub, and open grassla=
nd. Participants should be fit and able to hike long distances. For yo=
ur safety and comfort bring a suggested 2-3 liters of water, a hat, a =
